Winner: Success for Broomwood at the Independent Schools of the Year Awards, 2024
We are delighted to announce that Broomwood has won an Independent Schools of the Year Award. Judges were impressed by Broomwood’s approach to wellbeing at every stage of its educational provision. Congratulating staff across all school sites, Principal and Head of Broomwood Boys, Michael Hodge said:
We believe in our children and their happiness and wellbeing is paramount. Our distinctive approach means that boys and girls achieve some of the best exam results in London, whilst at the same time developing confidence, resilience and self-esteem.
Head of Broomwood Girls, Louisa McCafferty added:

The award was received by Head of Broomwood Pre-Prep, Caron Mackay. Staff at the Pre-Prep were commended for their inclusive approach and outstanding pastoral care.
The Independent School Awards are organised annually by Independent School Parent Magazine and this year received over 700 nominations. The awards are designed to showcase school success stories and celebrate the extraordinary and compelling student experience they provide.
